Vision Mapping Through Art

Duration

2 - 2.5 hours

About the Experience

This engaging vision mapping is designed to help individuals and teams clarify goals, align aspirations, and foster creative thinking in a structured yet inspiring way. Through a guided collage-making process, participants will explore what they need, wish for, or aim to achieve both professionally and personally. By focusing on objectives through a hands-on creative exercise, we bridge imagination with strategic goal-setting. Using diverse art materials, each participant will create a vision board that serves as a tangible reminder of their focus and direction.

Ideal For:

  • Teams who wish to experience something new and broaden their creativity.

  • Teams who wish to discover new personal or team goals.

  • International teams - visual art speaks to all cultures.

Key Benefits:

  • Creates trust and a sense of connection.

  • Encourages vulnerability, but leaves the option to open up as much as desired or needed in a safe environment.

  • Develops creativity and the courage to express oneself in a visual language.

  • Promotes personal development and team unity: helps participants step out of their comfort zone and dream more boldly.

  • Helps to see teammates in a new light.

Practical Information:

  • No prior experience is necessary. Open to everyone, regardless of artistic skills.

  • It is more comfortable to hold the workshop indoors, where you can sit around a table or on cushions/a rug on the floor. We can help you with the venue!

  • In sunny and windless weather, it can also be held outdoors, sitting on the grass or rugs. All art materials will be brought by the instructor.

  • Group size: 3-25 participants.
