About the Experience
The relationship and collaboration between team members is the cornerstone for improving work with clients and partners. A well-functioning, supportive, and attentive team can provide a competitive edge over teams with communication issues or where everyone is focused on their own tasks.
The goal of improvisational theatre-based team training is to help participants break out of routine behavior patterns and offer an opportunity to rethink how they communicate with each other. Instead of passively listening to presentations, participants actively work together to solve various tasks toward a shared goal. The workshop exercises include a meaningful discussion on potential communication blockages and exploring ways of thinking that could help overcome these challenges.
The workshop utilises many exercises focused on active listening, individual contribution to teamwork, setting strategic goals as a team, fostering trust, and valuing one another. The workshop helps participants step out of their comfort zone in a safe environment to exercise new approaches and communicate more effectively.

Teams that have recently formed or have introduced new members.
