Susanna Aleksandra Veldi is a singer, composer, and vocal coach. She holds a master’s degree in jazz music and pedagogy from the Sibelius Academy and has had an international career as a singer, releasing two albums of original music. She created the “Singability” program, through which she has taught dozens of professional singers and vocal coaches.
As a coach, Susanna uses her knowledge and creativity to help teams elevate their potential, enhance collaboration and improve creativity. Susanna recognises that creativity is not just tied to artistic expression; it is a masterful tool that can be used in everyday business world.
Fun fact about this coach: as a devoted dog mum, it’s hard to catch Susanna without her beloved Toto by her side anywhere she goes.

Christopher Rajaveer
Christopher Rajaveer is an actor at the Estonian Drama Theatre. He holds a bachelor's degree in acting and a master’s in speech and theatre pedagogy from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. Christopher has been a speech instructor at the academy and has led numerous speech, voice, and presentation training sessions. He has performed in various theater productions, participated in films and TV series, dubbed animated films and series, and served as the announcer for the Song Festival.
Nele Sooväli is a visual artist, scenographer, and art educator with extensive experience in the arts. For over 15 years, she has designed stage sets for major theaters across Estonia, including Linnateater, Draamateater, Noorsooteater, Von Krahli Teater, Vanemuine, Rakvere Teater, and Ugala. Her background in both psychology and arts education, studied in Estonia and Spain, adds depth to her creative approach.
With a master's degree in art education from Tallinn University, Nele has also worked as an art teacher, bringing a personalized and thoughtful approach to her instruction. She is passionate about helping others explore their creativity in a relaxed and inspiring environment, whether through individual guidance or group workshops.

Combining a background in business, mathematics, and organizational behavior with a deep interest in human development, he brings a holistic approach to leadership training. Ivar helps leaders build stronger teams and lasting leadership legacies. His mission is to guide individuals toward deeper self-awareness and meaningful connections in both work and life.

Pihel Sahk is a communications specialist who has supported numerous large and small companies in sectors such as finance, IT and technology, logistics, and retail. Although Pihel holds a master’s degree in Communication Management from the University of Tartu, she considers herself a professional “message crafter.” Crafting messages is what she loves, does every day, and teaches in her training sessions.

With a focus on creating timeless, unique prints that respond to the world around us, Karl’s work bridges the gap between traditional techniques and modern digital technologies. His designs emphasize sustainability, using digital printing to minimize textile waste.
